Rick Cornell is a local attorney and member of Nevada Opera since 1997. He has performed in a number of operas in recent years, including Dick DeadeEye, “ HMS Pinafore” in 2010, Alcindoro Laca Lan 2009. Baron Douphol in “La Traviata” 2006. In 2011 he sung the role of the Steve the homeless in G Train the musical, David in the Opera shorts “Leap” and the magistrate in “Madame Butterfly”.
His most recent appearance was in the sell-out Jack and the Beanstalk with Nevada Opera where his premiere role was as the merchant who trades beans for a cow.
