Scott has been a Renoite since moving here when he was seven. He has been in over 30 UNR theatre productions, including two that have performed overseas as DOD/USO tour shows: "Grease" performed in Korea, The Philippines, Okinawa, Guam, and Diego Garcia. "Guys And Dolls" performed in what was West Germany.
He has performed at the John F. Kennedy Center For The Performing Arts in Washington, D.C. He has been in over 10 Nevada Opera productions, beginning with Eugene Onegin. These included "Mame" and "Showboat", starring Toni Tennile. He performed with Cami Thompson this past summer as a featured soloist in Reno and Sand Harbor, and was most recently a soloist with Nevada Opera's Jukebox Unhinged.
