Monica Kales is a graduate of Bishop Manogue High School in Reno and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Reno. She has held accounting positions in a variety of industries and has been the Practice Manager for her husband's optometry practice for over 20 years.
She is also a certified mediator. Ms. Kales is classically trained in piano and vocal studies and has appeared in numerous performing arts productions in Northern Nevada. She is an avid arts advocate who has served on local and state arts boards in various capacities over the last 15 years.
